How to Purchase the Drink Packages (or Wifi, Excursions, and more)

We highly recommend that you purchase any drink packages, wifi packages, specialty dining packages, and more BEFORE your cruise through the Cruise Planner to save more versus purchasing these on board.

Please note: Your reservation must be confirmed before you can purchase any Cruise Planner items. If you recently booked, please allow 24 hours for your reservation to be confirmed. Once confirmed, you will receive an email confirmation with the subject line: "Booking Confirmation: College Party Cruise" from us.


You can purchase your drink package through the  Cruise Planner, please have your Royal Caribbean Reservation # ready. Your Royal Caribbean Reservation # can be found in your "Ignite Cruises Confirmation" email that you received from us when you booked the cruise. 

Follow these simple steps: 

  1. If this is your first cruise on Royal Caribbean, create an account here:
    If you've sailed with Royal Caribbean before, login to your account:
  2. Once logged on, search for your reservation by clicking on "Link a missing cruise." 
  3. Enter your  LAST NAME and your ROYAL CARIBBEAN RESERVATION # which can be found in your email confirmation from us.
    IMPORTANT: When searching for your reservation, you must use the  Royal Caribbean Reservation # that was sent in your Ignite Confirmation Email (DO NOT use the Ignite Cruises Reservation #)

  4. Once your reservation is added, click on Plan My Cruise
  5. Make your purchase online following the prompts
  6. You can also purchase  Shore Excursions, Specialty Dining Options, Spa Packages and Wifi packages through the Cruise Planner.

DRINK PACKAGE NOTE: If you purchase online, the drink package will be added to all guests in your cabin that are 21 and only one credit card can be used. We recommend calling Royal Caribbean's Cruise Planner Department at (800) 398-9819 to be able to use multiple cards if needed.


You can call Royal Caribbean at (800) 398-9819 in the U.S. or Canada to purchase your drink package. Please have your Royal Caribbean Reservation # ready when you call.

On the Ship:

We don't recommend to wait until you are on the ship, why waste time waiting in line to purchase the drink package? If you purchase it ahead of time, your drink package will be active as soon as you board the ship. However, if you forget to purchase your drink package ahead of time, you can always purchase it onboard the ship. Drink packages can be purchased at various kiosks set up around the ship, as well as any bar or lounge. Because this is a 4 night cruise, you must purchase them on the first day of the cruise. Please note that the price will be higher if purchasing on-board, usually around $100 per night (+ 18% gratuity).

Changing or Cancelling your Drink Package, Wifi Package, Excursions, etc...

Any Cruise Planner purchases (like the drink or wifi packages) can be cancelled for a full refund up to 3 days prior to the cruise. If you spot a better discount or price after you have already purchased anything in the Cruise Planner, you can cancel for a full refund and re-purchase at the lower price.
