Guests with Special Needs (allergy, dietary, mobility, or any other special assistance needs)
Norwegian Cruise Line’s team of Access Coordinators at the Access Desk have experience in furthering Norwegian Cruise Line’s mission to provide a safe and accessible cruise experience for all guests with special requirements to the extent that is feasible. This includes:
- Guests with mobility impairments
- Guests who are deaf or have low hearing
- Guests who are blind or have low vision
- Special dietary needs (Gluten free, vegetarian, low sodium, kosher, etc…)
- Other needs or challenges
Once you receive a Norwegian Cruise Line reservation number, please call 1-866-584-9756 (voice) OR send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your special requests or needs and they will accommodate you.
